Understanding the Teacher Shortage at Nizzaniya Islamiyya Primary School

Current Teacher-to-Student Ratio at the School

The teacher-to-student ratio at Nizzaniya Islamiyya is alarmingly high. With limited teachers available, many classrooms have more students than one educator can effectively manage. This imbalance hinders personalized instruction and limits student engagement.

Qualitative Assessment of Existing Teachers' Qualifications and Skills

A qualitative assessment revealed varying levels of teacher qualifications. Some educators possess only basic training, while others have more experience. This discrepancy in skills affects the quality of education students receive.

Impact of Teacher Shortage on Student Outcomes

The shortage of qualified educators directly impacts student performance. With fewer teachers, students receive less individualized attention. This can lead to lower academic achievement and hinder their overall development.
